SMILES FOR LIFE
Dominican Republic
It’s always a life changing experience when you get to travel to another country, experience their culture, and serve those in need.
It’s an honor of ours to provide the services we can, through dentistry, to those that cannot get help elsewhere. With help from your past donations through Smiles for Life, we were able to bring our team from Alaska to the Dominican Republic and provide desperately needed dental care to the underserved. Hearing children laugh again because they no longer have a tooth ache. Seeing bigger smiles because the stain is removed from their teeth. Creating that sense of beauty, health, and esteem is present in us all.
WORLD HEALTH DENTAL
Kenya, Africa
The Libby Group teamed up with the World Health Dental Organization in 2017 for a service learning dental trip in rural Kenya.
We were able to offer free dental care to an impoverished area and in return we learned invaluable lessons from the amazing people of the Masai Mara.

Together with our generous community, we raised $21,299 which was split evenly between the Smiles for Life Foundation and Healthy Futures of Alaska!
Generous donations from our community were provided in exchange for teeth whitening services, auction items, etc. Funds will go directly into keeping children healthy & smiling.
