The Libby Group Crow Pass Crossing Giveaway – Official Rules

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• The giveaway is open to Alaska residents who are 18 years of age or older.
• Entries are accepted from the time the giveaway is announced through 11:59 PM AKDT on July 12, 2026.
• To enter, participants must complete the official giveaway entry form on The Libby Group website and provide a valid name and email address. Limit one entry per person.
• Two (2) winners will be randomly selected and notified by email on July 12, 2026.
• Each winner will receive one (1) entry to the 2026 Crow Pass Crossing race scheduled for July 18, 2026. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be substituted.
• Winners must respond within 24 hours of being contacted. If a winner does not respond within that timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.
• By entering, participants agree to receive email communications from The Libby Group. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
• By entering, participants grant The Libby Group permission to announce their first name and last initial if selected as a winner.
• This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Crow Pass Crossing, or any other third party unless otherwise stated.
• The Libby Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond its control affect the fairness or operation of the promotion.
• Participation in the Crow Pass Crossing race is at each participant’s own risk. The Libby Group assumes no responsibility or liability for injuries, losses, damages, or incidents related to participation in the race or use of the prize.
• Winners are responsible for completing all required registration materials and participating under the same race rules, participant agreements, and liability waivers required of all Crow Pass Crossing participants. Receiving a giveaway entry does not exempt winners from any standard race requirements, policies, or eligibility criteria established by the event organizers.
