Oh my goodness,👏🏾Christina, Matt... and Dr. Libby are an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING dental team. Everyone I’ve met in this office (from the front office to the back of the office)is very patient, kind and always has a smile for you. 👍🏽 I walked in needing some work done this morning. I didn’t have an appointment and I didn’t call. They got me in right away no qualms no questions no problem.(between you and me they should Put a Libby group all over Alaska. Dr Libby replaced an old crown for me on a tooth... I had a past root canal. He recommended no anesthetic If I didn’t want it and to my surprise I didn’t feel ANY discomfort. From the digital impression to the reshaping of the tooth to the placement of the crown, still no discomfort and my new all porcelain crown looks like a natural tooth again! Great job Dr Libby, Matt, Ethel, Kristina and Andrea for all being part of making dental visits easy and comfortable!read more

I am so thankful for Dr. Libby. He purchased a... Dental Clinic from another Dentist who put a diamond in my tooth probably 10 years ago. I moved to AZ recently, and lost my diamond a couple weeks ago. Pretty sure I ate it LoL! I knew they were still placing them, so I contacted Dr. Libby right away, and without hesitation, he got another one in the mail to me immediately. Above and beyond on patient satisfaction!read more

Absolutely love this place. Dr. Libby is one... heck of a dentist and I love the way he is very caring and understanding. Taluah is my hygienist and she is just wonderful. She is always so gentle on me does an amazing job. Katelin at the front desk provides superb customer service and is always so friendly and helpful. This is office is always so clean, modern and inviting but for me, its the people here that really make all the difference.read more

I've been to a few dental places in town. This... place is the best. Dentists, hygienists, assistants, and the front desk staff are top notch and incredibly friendly. Great experience every time I go. They are very accommodating when I haul all four of my kids there for cleanings.read more

Appointment promptly started as scheduled. This... office is manned by a very friendly and professional staff. The Libby Group knows what real customer service is. Had my x-rays and cleaning done. They have competent techs with gentle hands. I highly recommend this dental office. Felt like I was in a day spa getting pampered.read more

After trying several different dentists around... town, I listened to a friend’s recommendation and came here. I am so glad I did! Dr. Libby and Dr. Howell are very thorough, trustworthy, and have been delightful to work with. They alway explain the diagnostics and treatment options and ensure my questions are answered. The front desk staff is exceptional and always make sure the brief wait is comfortable and my billing and insurance questions are answered promptly.read more

I realize that normally going to the Dentist is... viewed as something dreadful and "to be avoided at all costs", but I am very pleased to say that this is NEVER the case with Libby Dental Group!! It is always a pleasure to walk in and be greeted so warmly by everyone on the administrative staff. The atmosphere is always positive and cheerful and makes the visits very enjoyable -- even when the reason for the visit may not be. The dental technicians as well as Dr. Libby and Dr. Howe are equally as cordial and caring as the administrative staff, and always take extra care to ensure you are comfortable and at ease. They are keenly aware of the potential impacts of every procedure and make every effort to ensure a virtually pain-free experience!
